Information for Vendors

 

In this two-day event, a premium selection of vendors display and sell handmade items at the Noyes Arts Garage of Stockton University. Vendors are encouraged to demonstrate their craft on-site.

Setup is Saturday, 9:30 – 11:30 AM

Breakdown is Saturday and Sunday between 5 and 6 PM

Additional Information for Vendors:

· The Museum provides space only. All tables, chairs, etc. are to be provided by the participating vendor.

· Indoor vendors will be given approximately 6’ x 8’ of display area

· Display area is within Museum space, around existing artwork in exhibitions.

· Special electrical access must be pre-arranged with Museum staff and not guaranteed.

· Accepted vendors must be present on their registered day(s).

· Vendors must exercise caution while in the Museum. Booth/display must not touch existing artwork!

· No commercially or mass produced items will be accepted. No imports or items made from kits or commercial patterns will be allowed.

· Photographs taken of vendor’s work, exhibit, or person may be used by the Museum and Stockton University for publicity purposes.

· One parking voucher per day for the WAVE Garage will be given to each accepted vendor at end of event day (5:00 p.m.). Additional parking vouchers can be purchased at a subsidized rate of $4/cash at the Arts Garage front desk.

To Apply as a Vendor:

· There is no fee to apply. However, accepted vendors must remit complete space fee by due date (above) or will forfeit space. Once paid by accepted vendor, space fee is NONREFUNDABLE.

· Artists in a variety of media are encouraged to apply, including the following: paintings, sculpture, prints, photographs, jewelry, ceramics, wood, home décor, clothing and accessories.

· Applicants must complete and submit the attached form by October 15, 2024.

· Applications must include 5 images of your original work and 1 image of your current booth layout.

· Only color images in JPG format will be reviewed by committee. Each image should be no larger than 3MB.

· Any deviations from the above procedure will automatically disqualify the applicant.

No Refunds.

Vendor Selection & Notification:

· Submissions will be reviewed by the Noyes Holiday Market committee.

Vendors will be notified on November 1, 2024

Vendor Space Fee is due November 10, 2024

· Upon notification of acceptance, the vendor must remit payment of the complete vendor space fee by November 10, 2024.

· Vendor fee is $50 for a single day or $80 for full weekend. No refunds.

· Payment will NOT be accepted prior to notification of acceptance by the Museum.
